About The Position
Endeavor Schools is seeking a Multi-Campus Substitute Teacher-Childcare to join their team. This role involves traveling to three different school locations (Laguna Niguel Montessori, Heritage Montessori-Lake Forest, and Montessori Academy on the Ranch) as needed. The substitute teacher will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity in educational programs during the absence of regular teachers. The ideal candidate will be flexible, patient, and have a genuine love for working with young children. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- Strong collaboration and communication skills are required
- Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position.
