About The Position

The Multi-Branded Freelancer provides personalized customer service and beauty consultations at The Estée Lauder Companies retail locations, supporting The Ordinary, NIOD, Dr.Jart+, Bumble and bumble, and Origins across Ulta Beauty and Sephora. The role brings brands to life through engaging customer experiences, in-store visits and events, brand education, and strong merchandising and visibility. The freelancer works with store teams to drive sales and achieve daily and event sales goals while maintaining a welcoming, inspirational, and high-standard retail experience. The position is recruited by Randstad Sourceright, and Randstad is the employer of record for the assignment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire or interview.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Drive sales through impactful in-store visits, events, and key focus days, consistently achieving and exceeding daily and event sales goals.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
• Partner with store teams on brand education and collaborate with staff to ensure smooth floor operations and an optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
• Ensure strong merchandising and brand visibility in-store.
