About The Position

The Multi-Branded Freelancer provides personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and customer service in retail stores, representing The Ordinary, Dr.Jart+, Bumble and bumble, and Origins across Ulta Beauty and Sephora. The role creates engaging consumer experiences, supports sales through in-store visits, events, and key focus days, and works to meet or exceed daily and event sales goals.

The freelancer executes promotional events, product demonstrations, and visual merchandising, while educating customers and store teams about product offerings, features, and application techniques. The position collaborates with retail staff to support smooth store operations and maintain strong brand presentation and visibility. The role is recruited by Randstad Sourceright, with Randstad serving as the employer of record for the assignment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire or interview.
