About The Position

The Multi-Asset Portfolio Manager will lead the design, implementation, and oversight of customized investment strategies for HNW and UHNW clients. This role has deep expertise across asset classes, a strong understanding of global markets, and a proven ability to deliver tailored portfolio solutions that align with complex client objectives.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
  • 10+ Years in portfolio management, preferably with HNW/UHNW clientele.
  • Strong understanding of global financial markets and multi-asset investing.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with portfolio analytics tools and investment platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders by communicating clearly, engaging in proactive collaboration, and leveraging cross functional insights.
  • Aligns relationship building efforts with enterprise goals to accelerate performance and drive strategic results.
  • Builds trusted client relationships, whether internal or external, by identifying needs and delivering tailored solutions to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Fosters or supports a positive work culture and productive work environment, displaying importance of effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage multi-asset portfolios incorporating equities, fixed income, alternatives, and structured products.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HNW and UHNW clients, understanding their unique financial goals, risk tolerance, and liquidity needs.
  • Conduct macroeconomic and asset class research to inform strategic and tactical asset allocation decisions.
  • Monitor portfolio risk exposures and implement strategies to mitigate downside risk while optimizing returns.
  • Partner with internal teams including Financial Advisors, Product Specialists, and Private Bankers to deliver holistic investment solutions.
  • Provide clear, insightful performance reporting and market commentary to clients and stakeholders.
  • Uses independent judgement and discretion to make decisions as part of the Investment Committee.
  • Analyzes and resolves problems pertaining to portfolio management.
  • May be responsible for talent management functions including: employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, disciplinary actions, succession planning and ensuring all staff comply with compliance requirements.
  • Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings.
  • Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
