About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Lead / Architect who will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform. This role combines hands-on development, API design, and architectural leadership to deliver scalable and secure integrations across systems.

Requirements

12+ years of integration experience with at least 8+ years in MuleSoft
Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Hands-on experience in API design (RAML/OpenAPI)
Strong knowledge of RESTful services, microservices architecture
Experience with DataWeave, Mule flows, connectors, and transformations
Knowledge of integration patterns and messaging systems (Kafka, JMS, etc.)
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps)
Strong understanding of security (OAuth, JWT, TLS)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with Salesforce integrations
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Exposure to API governance frameworks

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end MuleSoft implementations from design to deployment
Design and develop APIs using MuleSoft (RAML/OpenAPI) following API-led connectivity principles
Define and implement System, Process, and Experience APIs
Architect scalable, reusable, and high-performance integration solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices, standards, and governance
Design integration patterns (REST, SOAP, batch, event-driven, messaging)
Ensure security, reliability, and performance of APIs and integrations
Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production support
Work with Anypoint Platform components (API Manager, Design Center, Runtime Manager, Exchange)
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
Drive API lifecycle management and governance
