MuleSoft Integration Analyst

Newsweek named CoolSys one of America’s Greatest Workplaces. CoolSys is seeking a skilled Integration Analyst with hands-on experience in MuleSoft integrations and RPA to join their team. In this role, the analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions that connect enterprise systems and streamline business processes. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience working with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, along with a solid understanding of modern integration frameworks and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in enterprise data integration or multi-system environments
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (development, deployment, and monitoring)
- Strong SQL skills, including queries, stored procedures, and triggers
- Solid understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and data formats (REST, JSON, XML)
- Experience with authentication, error handling, retry logic, and monitoring
- Familiarity with integration approaches such as iPaaS, middleware, custom APIs, or event-driven architectures
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Nice To Haves
- Experience with MuleSoft RPA
- Experience with Boomi or similar integration platforms
- Experience with Salesforce, UKG, or similar enterprise systems
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Build and support REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, and message-based integrations
- Monitor integration processes and troubleshoot data flow and performance issues
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers as it relates to integrations
- Analyze and resolve complex integration and data workflow challenges
- Participate in testing, deployment, and change management activities
- Create and maintain documentation for integration architecture, mappings, and error handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
- Work within Agile development environments
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integration best practices
