About The Position

This position will be responsible for programming, fixing, executing and versioning existing code for multiple applications. Provide support of existing in-house and 3rd party applications and reporting in a fast-paced environment. Perform break-fix analysis on existing code and trouble shoot issues reported via end-users both internal and external. Participate in the SDLC process. Create documentation for all code fixes, root cause analysis and support-based knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required.
  • 5 years equivalent professional experience will be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Knowledge and understanding of server, applications, network, and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
  • Strong experience designing and developing APIs using Mule 4
  • Deep understanding of API-led connectivity (System, Process, Experience APIs)
  • Experience with RAML / OpenAPI specifications
  • Proficiency in DataWeave 2.0
  • Experience deploying and managing applications in CloudHub and/or Runtime Fabric
  • Strong understanding of Anypoint Exchange, API Manager, and Anypoint Studio
  • Ability to understand and implement OWASP Top 10
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture
  • Experience with: Git,Jenkins / Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions, Maven
  • Experience with Automated testing (MUnit)
  • Strong debugging and performance tuning skills
  • Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting strategies
  • Ability to resolve complex production integration issues
  • Ability to write SQL queries
  • Ability to adapt in fast paced work environment.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect certification
  • Experience with API gateways outside MuleSoft (Apigee, Kong, etc.)
  • Experience integrating with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Exposure to event streaming and real-time data pipelines
  • Experience with observability tools (Splunk, Datadog, New Relic)

Responsibilities

  • Perform coding tasks, unit tests, and troubleshooting
  • Participate in medium to large size projects or Scrum teams which may require new code or enhancements.
  • Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects.
  • Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance
  • Manage, guide and mentor development support team
