About The Position

We are seeking a skilled MuleSoft Developer with 5-6 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and supporting MuleSoft integrations while working closely with Salesforce and enterprise systems. This role involves independently designing, developing, testing, and maintaining complex software components and services. The developer will implement advanced features using established coding standards and architectural patterns, lead code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting and resolving complex software defects, participating in the full software development lifecycle, applying secure coding practices, and mentoring junior engineers. The role also requires utilizing and contributing to existing frameworks, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training.
• In-depth knowledge of information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices.
• Strong 5-6 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft development
• Experience integrating Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs and Bulk API
• Proficiency in DataWeave, RAML, and API development
• Understanding of microservices and cloud-based integrations
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps processes
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

Nice To Haves

• MuleSoft Developer Certification (preferred)
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
• Experience in enterprise-level integration environments

Responsibilities

• Independently designs, develops, tests, and maintains complex software components and services addressing business and user requirements.
• Implements advanced features and enhancements using established coding standards, architectural patterns, and development best practices.
• Leads code reviews and provides constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Collaborates with cross-functional technical teams to plan and execute technical initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Troubleshoots, debugs, and resolves complex software defects and production issues, applying root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Participates actively in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design discussions, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Applies secure coding practices, testing strategies, and documentation standards to ensure software quality and compliance with organizational guidelines.
• Mentors and supports junior engineers to foster technical growth and adherence to best practices.
• Utilizes and contributes to existing frameworks, tools, and technologies to enhance application development across relevant technology domains.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Build and support integrations between Salesforce and other applications
• Implement DataWeave transformations, error handling, and logging
• Develop reusable MuleSoft components and shared services
• Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and sprint planning
• Perform unit testing and support integration testing efforts
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration defects and performance issues
• Follow established development standards and MuleSoft best practices
• Maintain technical documentation for Mule flows and integrations
