About The Position

Some of our key near-shore BPO services include: smart-sourcing, dedicated or cluster teams, managed IT services, software outsourcing, and top ERP & CRM solutions—driven by our practices across many industries, including Higher Education. We are currently looking for a MuleSoft Developer, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in integration development, preferably with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Basic understanding of API-led architecture and integration concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services.
  • Familiarity with DataWeave and data transformation techniques.
  • Knowledge of JSON, XML, and web service protocols.
  • Understanding of version control systems ( Git).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
  • Must have experience working for US clients

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Build and consume RESTful and SOAP APIs in alignment with defined integration requirements.
  • Assist in implementing API-led connectivity, including System, Process, and Experience layers.
  • Collaborate with architects and senior developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop data transformations using DataWeave for JSON, XML, and other data formats.
  • Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
  • Follow established coding standards, best practices, and integration patterns.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and API documentation.
  • Support deployment and monitoring of Mule applications across environments.
