About The Position

Eaton Rapids Middle School is seeking a dedicated and passionate MTSS Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in implementing and supporting the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework within our school. This position is designed for an individual who is committed to fostering a positive learning environment and ensuring that all students receive the necessary academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support to succeed. The MTSS Specialist will collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to identify student needs, develop intervention strategies, and monitor student progress.
