The Florence Project, founded in 1989, provides legal and social services to detained non-citizens in Arizona. Their Integrated Social Services Program is seeking MSW students for placements in Tucson or Phoenix. Students will work with either the Children's or Adult Social Services Teams, collaborating with social services and legal teams to support clients' immigration cases. The program can accommodate both direct practice and macro students. Interns will conduct social services intakes, assist with case management, develop community resources, plan client-centered events or trainings, and perform administrative duties like maintaining case notes and reporting. Tasks will vary based on team placement and MSW program requirements.
