With over 23 programs, we offer multiple ways to aid seniors maintain their health, well-being, independence and participation in the community, fulfilling our mission. Under the supervision of the Practicum Field Instructor and Program Supervisor, MSW Interns participate in the provision of care management services and coordination of supportive services for low-income older adults and people with disabilities. This is a paid, educational internship designed to support the development of clinical and case management skills in a supervised learning environment. Interns will gain hands-on experience in assessment, care planning, and service coordination while working closely with experienced care managers.
