About The Position

To have general knowledge of all branch service functions, and to be able to perform duties in all departments. Must be able to work in various branch locations on very little notice.

Requirements

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, conscientious, group oriented, open to change.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Thorough knowledge of credit union's computer system for performing basic input/output tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sells/cross sells products and services, based on member needs in order to meet assigned goals.
• Acts as a Credit Union Representative in the field. Travels to designated locations to provide services to members.
• Responsible for the essential functions of a Teller, Member Service Center Representative, Member Service Representative Loan Interviewer II at all assigned branch locations of the credit union. Often has to be at a branch location on very little notice, or immediately.
• Responsible for travel to, and returning from, all credit union locations.
• Counsels members within their scope of knowledge, when necessary.
• Performs such other member service functions that might be needed from time to time, and assists others to complete tasks and work assignments.
• Other duties as assigned.
