This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues promptly while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements. Ultimately, the MSR I contributes to the overall success of the organization by maintaining positive member relationships and supporting operational goals. This position may have to be available for work in an upcoming Sequim office as well as the Port Angeles office.
