This position involves opening new consumer accounts and performing account maintenance. The role requires balancing the cash drawer daily for accuracy, producing quality work efficiently and error-free, and researching, troubleshooting, and resolving member inquiries. The MSR Floater will apply advanced knowledge and logic to all activities and member interactions, creating solutions in the best interest of members. Service will be provided in accordance with Create CU standards, with a focus on establishing and deepening member relationships to make Create CU the member's first choice for financial decisions. The role also involves proactively offering products and services as solutions to member needs, leading to sales and referrals to business partners. Attaining management-set goals consistently is expected. The MSR Floater will cross-train in other branch/department functions as determined by the Branch Manager and demonstrate the ability to cross-train other employees. A positive and professional team environment is essential, along with demonstrating the organization's service commitment in all member interactions. Duties may be assigned by management, and the employee may be assigned to work at any branch.
