MSN Program Director

About The Position

This role puts you in charge of shaping the next generation of nurse educators and family nurse practitioners. You'll lead both the MSN-Ed and MSN-FNP tracks, with real authority over curriculum, faculty, and program direction rather than a title with limited influence. If you've been ready to move from teaching or clinical practice into a position where you set the academic vision, this is that opportunity. You'll oversee two distinct MSN tracks, giving you broader scope and more strategic influence than a single-track leadership role. Curriculum design is yours to direct, and you'll be the one ensuring it stays aligned with AACN Essentials and NONPF competencies as graduate nursing education continues to evolve. Beyond administration, you'll stay connected to the classroom by teaching graduate-level nursing courses that match your expertise. You'll also build and maintain the clinical partnerships and preceptor networks that make or break FNP and nursing education practicum placements, giving you a direct hand in student success rather than just reviewing outcomes after the fact. Compensation is $135K/Yr, commensurate with your education and experience.
