About The Position

Strong decision-making, organizational and problem-solving skills Perform general maintenance services and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical, and general maintenance. Requires knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the maintenance field. Must be able to demonstrate some level of independent judgment in planning and accomplishing assignments. Ability to adhere to standard safety procedures and practices Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor Possess a positive attitude Demonstrate leadership qualities Take the lead to help create a positive work environment Demonstrate strong time management skills Advanced maintenance aptitude and skills set Perform all assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner. Work performed in residential buildings and outdoors. Work under moderate supervision at an active pace.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Communicates effectively in person or by using telecommunications with our clients and fellow co-workers and generally enjoys working with a diverse clientele
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required
