Knowledgeable in computer navigation and software.

Confident working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and exhibit excellent multi-tasking skills.
High School Diploma.
Bilingual: Spanish and English

Responsibilities

Promoting Tony's MSB products and services through excellent customer service.
Ensuring all compliance regulations and operation procedures and policies are followed.
Profitably growing sales of MSB products and services.
Welcoming MSB customers, guiding them through the products, answering questions, and ensuring customers have a pleasant experience.
Following the training manuals and SOP's for the department core processes.
Maintaining the required AML & BSA certifications up to date.
Recommending related products to increase customers' options and enrich their relationship with Cardenas.
Conducting and registering transactions in the POS.
Being accountable for the sales, cash, and transactions recorded on their behalf.
Continually growing the capacity for efficiency, effectiveness and service, while maintaining company core values.
Promoting all financial services offered with each customer that visits the store.
Complying with the Company's manual of policies and procedures as well as Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering Regulations in addition to the Company's transmitters businesses partners.
Maintaining the working area and equipment in optimal conditions, reporting maintenance and repairs needed.
Operating a computer and processing all financial transactions effectively.
Understanding of how to operate assigned office equipment and other duties.
Safekeeping of the cash originated from all financial transactions.
Providing the highest level of customer service to all customers.
Inventories services under custody.
Maintaining supervisor informed of any event that might require his/her intervention.
Performing other work-related duties as assigned.
