About The Position

The MS Dynamics Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language. The architect will collaborate with various teams to develop architecture blueprints, system integrations, and data flows, ensuring interoperability across systems. Additionally, the role involves supporting proof of concepts, identifying and mitigating technical risks, and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

  • Must have experience as a Solution Architect in Dynamic 365.
  • Proven experience implementing Dynamics 365.
  • Must have knowledge on Quotes, Order Entries, etc.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Strong Expertise in Supply Chain Management Domain experience.
  • Must have experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Expertise in system integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and data architecture.
  • Experience with cloud architectures (Azure, AWS) and modern architectural styles (microservices, event-driven).
  • Proven strong solutioning hands on experience in supply chain domains.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows across enterprise applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

  • Good to have experience transitioning from USD to Omnichannel / modern agent experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with business, functional, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into holistic solution designs.
  • Develop architecture blueprints, system integrations, and data flows ensuring interoperability across front and mid-office systems.
  • Develop functional/design specifications for any integrations effecting front, mid and Back office systems.
  • Support proof of concepts (POCs), technology evaluations, and vendor assessments related to mid-office systems.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Mentor junior architects and technical leads, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
