Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (TMH) is a private, nonprofit community-based healthcare system serving a 22-county region in North Florida and South Georgia. This role supports electrophysiology (EP) providers by managing, monitoring, and documenting cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs) such as pacemakers, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs), and loop recorders. The Device Tech will interrogate devices, review results, escalate anomalies, and document device checks, assigning results to providers. They will also ensure services are billed correctly, provide patient information, assist with troubleshooting, coordinate follow-up, maintain device functionality, and coordinate vendor troubleshooting. Adherence to regulations, participation in quality improvement efforts, and performing miscellaneous duties are also expected.
