The Bureau of Credentialing Services is looking for a self-motivated MS Compliance Officer II to continue the Department's mandate in maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in delivery of service. This position serves as the department liaison to meet personally meet with personnel representing federal, governmental, city, and county law enforcement agencies for the purpose of carrying out the requirements of the Florida Statutes pertaining to processing and issuance of driver licenses and motor vehicle registrations. Duties and responsibilities of this position include reviewing, developing, and assisting in amending procedures; training other employees; reviewing, processing and issuing motor vehicle registrations in the Florida Real-Time Vehicle Information System (FRVIS) and entering payments in the Cash Receipt System. In addition, this position will be responsible for communication and responding to requests from all law enforcement agencies to prepare and process motor vehicle registrations; maintaining and securing highly confidential files; examining and processing requests for decals and license plates; and preparing, balancing, and reconciling financial transactions to include ledgers and journals.
