About The Position

A handson technical lead who acts as the onsite point of contact for the client, owns the technical direction of the solution, and remains actively engaged in design and coding while guiding the offshore development team.

Requirements

912 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
Strong expertise in React (Hooks, ReduxContext, React Router, component design, performance optimization).
Strong expertise in .NET (ASP.NET Core Web API, C, Entity Framework Core, dependency injection, middleware).
Solid experience with MySQL (schema design, indexing, stored procedures, query optimization).
Proficiency in RESTful API design, authenticationauthorization (OAuth 2.0, JWT), and API security.
Handson experience with CICD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins) and Gitbased workflows.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary onsite technical interface between the client stakeholders and the offshore team.
Own endtoend solution architecture and design across React front end, .NET back end, and MySQL data layer.
Contribute handson (approximately 5060 of time) to critical modules, complex components, and proofofconcepts.
Translate business requirements into technical user stories, estimates, and technical designs.
Define and enforce coding standards, code review practices, branching strategy, and CICD guidelines.
Perform code reviews and mentor offshore developers to ensure quality and consistency.
Coordinate daily with the offshore team to ensure alignment, unblock issues, and manage handoffs across time zones.
Drive technical decisionmaking on performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Support release planning, production deployments, and postrelease stabilization.
Provide regular status updates, risk visibility, and technical recommendations to client leadership.
