About The Position

Airbus is looking for a tenacious MRO Support Specialist to join their team. This role involves managing orders, architecting supplier relationships, challenging repair schemes, optimizing rotable pools, and ensuring the fleet remains mission-ready. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for financial statements and the ability to hold vendors accountable for performance and turnaround time.

Requirements

Minimum two (2) years in an MRO, Vendor management or procurement.
Ability to work in a fast paced demanding environment.
Understanding of cross-cultural / global issues.
Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

SAP experience in SD, MM, WM or SD environment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Create service orders and purchase orders as required.
Assist procurement in establishing targeted supplier‘s service level agreement.
Coordinate quality discrepancies resolution with external suppliers.
Conduct routine performance evaluations and define improvement plan with external suppliers/vendors to recover targeted performance (KPI’s).
