This role owns the commercial lifecycle from market development and RFQ intake through contract execution and repeat business. The Director of MRO Sales serves as the primary commercial interface between customers and Aery’s maintenance, avionics, engineering, and quality organizations. Success in this role will directly determine the Repair Station’s growth trajectory. You will play a key role in expanding Aery Aviation’s footprint in business aviation, special mission, and government sectors, ensuring that all work scopes are aligned with our capabilities, certifications, and capacity. Aery Aviation is seeking its first Director of MRO Sales—a technically credible, commercially driven leader responsible for scaling revenue, expanding the customer base, and professionalizing the sales engine of the Part 145 Repair Station.
