About The Position

Nexus Circular is a leader in advanced recycling technology, converting landfill-bound plastics into circular feedstocks for sustainable virgin plastics. The company is expanding its innovative footprint to address plastic accumulation challenges. The Procurement Manager, MRO and Site Services will develop and execute sourcing strategies for Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) materials and site services across Nexus Circular’s facilities. This role will handle daily operational procurement and long-term strategic sourcing to enhance plant reliability, operational efficiency, and cost competitiveness. Key responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, leading sourcing events and RFPs, and collaborating with operations, engineering, construction, and contracts teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. The Procurement Manager will be instrumental in building scalable procurement processes to support the company's growth. Requirements

• Experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies for MRO materials and site services.
• Experience in managing supplier relationships.

• Ability to build scalable procurement processes.
