Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Computer skills (excel, word, CMMS software, JDE, POETS, etc.)

Responsibilities

Ensure correct inventory levels of MRO items by computer entry and cycle counts
Place purchase orders for MRO items
Receive MRO items into inventory
Work with supply chain teams on scheduling reactive/proactive maintenance tasks
Print and issue Maintenance & Tool Room work orders
Close completed work orders and file
Issue purchase orders for MRO items & consumable items requested by various cells
Receive items listed for MRO items & consumables
Backup as needed for Facility Purchasing agent
Generate reports as needed for Maintenance Manager / Engineer
Acquire vendor pricing for items requested by Technicians / Engineer / Facilitator
Maintain technician availability list
Organize and maintain MRO inventory location areas
Adhere to safety requirements
Practice 5Ss
Understand and follow verbal and written instructions
