MRI Technologist (Per Diem) - Valley Hospital

About The Position
The MRI Technologist works with the Imaging/Radiology team to perform technical procedures in Magnetic Resonance Imaging and provide comprehensive, compassionate imaging care for MultiCare patients. The position performs MRI procedures at a technical level under limited supervision and uses independent judgment, initiative, and creative ingenuity.
Requirements
- Be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (MRI) or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) upon hire or within six months of hire into this classification.
- Hold certification with the Washington State Department of Health as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Responsibilities
- Independently perform MRI procedures at a technical level under limited supervision.
- Apply independent judgment, initiative, and creative ingenuity to procedures.
- Collaborate with the Imaging/Radiology team to support comprehensive and compassionate imaging care.
