About The Position

Lumexa Imaging, a large provider of outpatient medical imaging with over 185 centers and 5,000 team members, is opening a new UPMC Touchstone Medical Imaging center in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. This joint venture between UPMC and Touchstone Medical Imaging will offer cost-effective and convenient outpatient diagnostic imaging services. We are seeking a full-time MRI Technologist for this new facility.

Requirements

• Current, valid ARRT certification in your modality
• Pennsylvania license
• Graduate of approved program for Radiological Technology
• Basic proficiency with computer monitors, keyboard and mouse for scanning, RIS and PACS use
• Organized, detail oriented, observant
• Calm and effective communicator
• Helpful, patient and sympathetic

Responsibilities

• Scanning patients
• Using RIS and PACS
• Lifting, moving, positioning and assisting patients on/off examination table
• Walking 25% of shift, standing 50% of shift, sitting 25% of shift
