Per Diem MRI Technologist - Weill Cornell
About The Position
NewYork-Presbyterian is a world-renowned healthcare system known for its advanced diagnostic care. As an MRI Technologist, you will be crucial in diagnosing challenging conditions using state-of-the-art technology. This position is at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, where the MRI Department is expanding to a 24/7 service. You will be part of a team that engages in town hall meetings, rounding, and other initiatives, experiencing a wide variety of cases across all modalities. The role utilizes advanced technology such as the Discovery MR750w, a high-definition wide-bore 3.0T MR system. This is a per diem flex position requiring one 7-hour shift per week or 14 hours per pay period, with shifts potentially being days, evenings, or nights.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Graduate of approved School of Radiology
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in MRI
Nice To Haves
- New York State License in Radiologic Technology
- Experience working in a hospital setting
