About The Position

Deliver high-quality diagnostic images by expertly operating scanning equipment and selecting the precise technical parameters required to visualize complex body pathologies. Prioritize patient safety and comfort by accurately positioning individuals for cross-sectional imaging and conducting thorough pre-screening and education for every exam. Manage the integrity of clinical data by meticulously entering patient history and transferring images to PACS, ensuring every record is complete and ready for physician review. Champion a safe and compliant clinical environment by strictly following radiation safety guidelines and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the imaging department. Guarantee operational excellence by monitoring equipment performance and proactively reporting malfunctions to ensure consistent, uninterrupted care for our patients.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Technologist specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging credentialed from the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
