About The Position
This is a busy MRI department featuring two new GE Artist machines, supported by a dedicated team that values effective collaboration. The unit is equipped with a total of 3 MRI machines and typically accommodates a patient volume averaging 32 exams per day. Staffing includes 3 technologists during the day shift and 2 during the night shift. The department specializes in utilizing GE equipment and operates with electronic medical records (EMR) through Meditech/CPN.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months of current MRI Technologist experience
- BLS certification
- ARRT (MR) certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience with GE equipment
- Experience in a Level 1 trauma setting
- Critical care experience
Responsibilities
- Administer contrast agents as needed
- Operate MRI scanners to produce high-quality images
