About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MRI Technologist to join our team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing outpatient MRI procedures while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and image quality.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in MRI technology.
- Certification from ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
Nice To Haves
- Floating between inpatient and outpatient settings may be necessary.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures according to referring providers' orders, exercising independent judgment and adhering to established protocols.
- Educate patients and families regarding the MRI procedure and provide support throughout the process.
- Produce high-quality MRI images and ensure accurate documentation is maintained for timely interpretation.
- Demonstrate competence in prescribing invasive or interventional procedures as applicable.
- Foster teamwork and professional conduct in all interactions, ensuring efficient resource use and quality patient outcomes.
