About The Position

Prenuvo is seeking MRI Technologists for its Seattle, WA clinic. This is a part-time, per diem role offering flexible scheduling to cover absences and ensure a seamless patient experience. The position requires commuting within 45 minutes of the Seattle clinic. Prenuvo aims to shift healthcare from reactive to proactive with its fast, safe, and non-invasive whole-body MRI scans. The company utilizes a unique integrated stack of hardware, software, and AI, combined with a patient-centric approach across its North American clinics. This role does not offer visa sponsorship, and applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US. Requirements

  • Strong base knowledge of MRI imaging and patient safety.
  • Licensed with the appropriate board: ARMRIT or ARRT (MR) (or equivalent).
  • BLS - Basic Life Support certification.
  • Completion of an accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) program or radiologic technology program.
  • Clinical work experience of at least 2 years.
  • Ability to understand, perform, and accurately complete all examinations on MRI equipment, following clinic practices and procedures.
  • Proficiency in running advanced MR studies independently.
  • Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team and thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated patient care skills with the ability to explain complex medical terms and procedures clearly.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude and presentation.
  • Ability to critically assess image quality.

Responsibilities

  • Operation of MRI Scanner: responsible for patient safety, performing high-quality Prenuvo Scans, and adhering to Prenuvo Scan protocols.
  • Ordering supplies, cleaning equipment, and preparing the scan room.
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues and reporting them to the relevant department.
  • Utilizing ancillary tools and equipment appropriately, including PACS and other software systems.
  • Image Post Processing: responsible for post-processing images, including transfer to PACS, and ensuring all steps are complete.
  • Leadership: training new technologists in patient safety, room preparation, communication, image acquisition, time management, and post-processing.
