BJC HealthCare System is hiring a Full-Time MR Technologist (Imaging) for Barnes-Jewish Hospital MRI Department! Requirements

• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R) and/or MR
• Associate's Degree or Trade School equivalency (or higher level of education)
• If you have experience in one of the following areas, you could be a good fit: MR, CT, RT, X-ray, Radiology, Medical Imaging, ARRT, BD, CI, N, VI, ASRT, Radiologic, Rad Tech, Student Radiology, Student in clinicals, General Radiology (X-Ray Tech), Entry Level, Radiologic Technologist, Radiographer, Rad Tech, Radiology Tech, Medical Imaging, RT, ARRT, MRI Graduate, magnetic resonance imaging, ARMRIT, MR, Advanced Modality Technologist (AMT), Radiologic / Radiology Technologist, Siemens MRI Machines, Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist, MRI Tech, MRI Radiographer, Radiologic Technologist, and Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.
• Prepares patient and equipment for procedures.
• Performs studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other site as required by work area.
