About The Position
At Touchstone Medical Imaging, a partner of Lumexa Imaging, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care through advanced imaging technology and a compassionate team approach. We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused MRI Technologist to join our outpatient imaging center in Oklahoma City, OK.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification with Registry in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) or current American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality
- Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
- Administer contrast agents as directed and in compliance with policy (if applicable)
- Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracy
- Maintain MRI equipment and report any issues promptly
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and MRI safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and work areas
