About The Position

Baptist Health is seeking a Full-Time MRI Technologist to join our MRI Department at our Baptist Downtown location. This is a full-time opportunity with a shift of Monday and Tuesday, 6:30am - 2:30pm & Thursday and Friday, 7:00am - 7:30pm. This MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing MRI exams on patients, insuring high quality diagnostic procedures and patient safety. In addition to performing MRI exams on patients this MRI Technologist will prepare patients for MRI exams and explain the procedure. The MRI Technologist will work closely with Radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information. This MRI Technologist will operate the MRI equipment.

Requirements

Eligible for up to $10,000 Sign On Bonus and up to $7,500 in relocation assistance if hired
Positions designated as requiring a level II Background (A detailed fingerprint-based screening for positions of trust that check state (FDLE) and national (FBI) criminal history) will undergo screening as a condition of employment and continued employment.

Identifying, preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner in accordance with state and federal regulations or Lawful institutional policy.
