About The Position

Corewell Health is offering up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus to external hires and internal new grads currently in a student role. This is a Part Time position with Variable Hours and requires working every other Weekend. Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital, originally opened in 1977 as a 189-bed hospital, has grown to 530 licensed beds and offers a comprehensive array of health care services. The MRI Technologist performs diagnostic MR exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment and techniques, adhering to Beaumont's philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care.

Requirements

• Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
• 1-3 years clinical experience beyond staff radiographer level.
• Certification by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, RT (R) (MR).
• Additional MR certification required within 1 year of hire.
• Must remain in good standing with the ARRT.
• Technologists working in their modality before 2008 are exempt from additional modality certification.
• Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers at hire through the American Heart Association.
