About The Position

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic MRI procedures across a wide range of patient populations. The ideal candidate will have strong MRI experience, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced imaging environment.

Requirements

• Active New York State License required
• ARRT(R) Certification required
• MRI Certification required
• BLS Certification required
• Experience performing a wide range of MRI studies
• Strong knowledge of MRI safety procedures and contrast administration
• Experience with PACS systems
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations on adult and pediatric patients
• Operate MRI equipment and PACS systems
• Position patients and ensure image quality and diagnostic accuracy
• Prepare and administer contrast media as required
• Start peripheral IVs for contrast studies
• Follow radiation safety and infection control protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures
