About The Position

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a short-term outpatient imaging assignment in a fast-paced emergent care clinic environment. The ideal candidate will have strong MRI experience, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative imaging team.

Requirements

• ARRT-MR certification required
• Active New York State license required
• IV contrast/injection certification required
• MRI experience required
• Siemens MRI experience preferred, especially Espree MRI units
• Epic EMR experience required
• Candidates performing CT procedures must also hold injection certification for IV contrast administration

• Siemens MRI experience preferred, especially Espree MRI units

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and department protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
• Screen patients and review clinical history prior to exams
• Administer IV contrast in accordance with certification and facility guidelines
• Maintain accurate imaging documentation within Epic EMR
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to support timely patient care
• Operate Siemens MRI equipment, preferably Espree MRI systems
• Support CT imaging responsibilities if qualified and licensed
