About The Position

The Women’s Imaging Center in Denver/Cherry Creek, a practice partner of Together Women's Health, is seeking a PRN MRI Technologist for its Radiology Department. The role specializes in breast and other MRI imaging in an outpatient, dedicated women’s imaging setting. The technologist works with experienced radiologists and imaging professionals, using state-of-the-art technology to produce high-quality diagnostic images and provide compassionate patient care. The setting is not a traditional hospital or inpatient environment. The position pays $48–$55 per hour, based on experience. Monday shifts are required; additional weekday availability is preferred. Additional hours may be available to cover scheduled PTO for current technologists.

Requirements

ARRT certification in MRI (MR) or an ARMRIT degree and current licensure.
Advanced knowledge of MRI safety guidelines and best practices.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Patient-centered approach.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 2 years of experience in breast MRI imaging (preferred).
Additional weekday availability.

Responsibilities

Perform breast and other body MRI studies according to physician orders and department protocols.
Position patients accurately, ensure image quality, and set equipment appropriately.
Follow safety and regulatory guidelines, including MRI safety protocols.
Explain MRI procedures to patients and address their concerns.
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to review and optimize images for diagnostic purposes.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA and institutional policies.
Assist with MRI equipment quality assurance and calibration.
