About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel MRI Technologist for an acute care hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This is a 13-week travel contract with an estimated travel pay of $2,245 per week for 36 hours per week. Local candidates are paid $51.53 per hour. The role follows a 7-on/7-off schedule, working 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.; call and holiday coverage are required. The assignment is scheduled to start November 16, 2026, and has one opening. VitalHire offers weekly direct deposit, a dedicated recruiter throughout the assignment, and assistance with licensing, credentialing, and onboarding.
Requirements
- ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT registration.
- Any Louisiana license required for the role.
- Current BLS certification.
- At least 1 year of recent MRI experience.
- Availability for the 7-on/7-off schedule, 11:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m., including required call and holiday coverage.
