Requirements

American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification – required
Current CPR certification – required
Compliance with all hospital policies, including vaccination requirements (approved exemptions considered)
Successful completion of a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening (post-offer)

Nice To Haves

Minimum of six (6) months MRI clinical experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform MRI examinations in accordance with established protocols and physician orders
Ensure accurate patient positioning and proper selection of imaging parameters
Guide patients through procedures with clear communication and compassionate care
Monitor patient safety throughout imaging, including screening for MRI contraindications
Collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal imaging outcomes
Maintain imaging equipment and ensure quality control standards are met
Manage workflow efficiently to support timely patient care and diagnosis
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and hospital standards
