MRI Tech (Part-Time)

We’re a premier manager of outpatient diagnostic imaging facilities, dedicated to our team members' growth and development through our internal multi-modality training program, and we want you. Facility: OrthoCarolina Spine Center Location: 2001 Randolph Road Charlotte, NC 28207 Position Type: Part-Time Work Schedule Details: Shifts needing coverage are every other Friday 5PM-10PM, Thursday 2PM-7PM and Saturday 7PM-7PM.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
- ARRT registered with advanced registry in MRI
- Must complete required CEU’s in a timely manner to ensure Certification remains active
- Active state licensure, where applicable
- CPR Certification is required
- 0+ years of experience as a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist, required
- IV skills required
- Knowledge of MRI procedures and standards
- Demonstrate adequate knowledge of anatomy
- Skill in operation of MRI equipment
- Customer service background and focus
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of experience as an MRI Technologist, preferred
Responsibilities
- As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for the integration of scientific knowledge and technical skills with effective patient interaction to provide quality patient care and useful diagnostic information.
- This responsibility includes completing scans effectively and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care possible in order to provide the most remarkable patient experience.
