About The Position
The MRI Tech will perform imaging examinations in a busy radiology department, handling both inpatient and outpatient cases, including adult and occasional pediatric patients. The role requires operating GE Artist 1.5T MRI equipment and handling various MRI procedures such as MRIs of the head/neck, abdomen, pelvis, spine, and extremities.
Requirements
- BLS and ARRT certifications are required.
- ARRT (R)-MR or ARMRIT certification is required for MRI Techs.
- Candidates must possess strong experience with MR procedures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct MRI procedures: Head/Neck, Abdomen, Pelvis, Spine, Extremities, MRAs.
- Work primarily in the main Radiology department, with flexibility to work in other areas as needed.
