Requirements

High School Graduate General Studies
Satisfactory completion of a formal AMA school of Radiologic Technology or equivalent to an AMA Technologic program
Medical Radiographer: CA Registered Technologist
Computed Tomography Registered Technologist
Magnetic Resonance Imaging
Current BLS through American Heart Association (AHA BLS)

Nice To Haves

One (1) year experience as a MR/CT is preferred
Six (6) months experience in an outpatient environment is preferred

Responsibilities

Performing high-quality MRI and CT examinations to assist in diagnosing medical conditions.
Prepare patients for scans.
Operate advanced MRI and CT equipment.
Ensure patient safety in the magnetic environment.
Accurately capture detailed anatomical images.
Provides excellent customer service.
Consistently demonstrates customer service expectations as outlined in the CHWMF audit tools and job description.
Consistently makes eye contact and smiles.
Demonstrates active listening with positive can do attitude.
Consistently respectful, concerned, and shows empathy.
Consistently and proactively greets patients when within 3 feet of them.
