Requirements

  • High School Graduate General Studies
  • Satisfactory completion of a formal AMA school of Radiologic Technology or equivalent to an AMA Technologic program
  • Medical Radiographer: CA Registered Technologist
  • Computed Tomography Registered Technologist
  • Magnetic Resonance Imaging
  • Current BLS through American Heart Association (AHA BLS)

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year experience as a MR/CT is preferred
  • Six (6) months experience in an outpatient environment is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Performing high-quality MRI and CT examinations to assist in diagnosing medical conditions.
  • Prepare patients for scans.
  • Operate advanced MRI and CT equipment.
  • Ensure patient safety in the magnetic environment.
  • Accurately capture detailed anatomical images.
  • Provides excellent customer service.
  • Consistently demonstrates customer service expectations as outlined in the CHWMF audit tools and job description.
  • Consistently makes eye contact and smiles.
  • Demonstrates active listening with positive can do attitude.
  • Consistently respectful, concerned, and shows empathy.
  • Consistently and proactively greets patients when within 3 feet of them.
