KBR is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Deputy Maintenance Officer (DMO) in Patuxent River, MD, supporting VX-23 and the MQ-25 Stingray. The MQ-25 Stingray is the U.S. Navy’s first operational, carrier-based unmanned aircraft system (UAS). Its primary mission is to provide aerial refueling and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to extend the range and versatility of the Carrier Air Wing (CVW) and Carrier Strike Group (CSG). It is a cornerstone of the Navy’s Unmanned Campaign Framework, laying the foundation for future carrier-based unmanned systems and enabling manned-unmanned teaming (MUM-T) operations. Our highly talented and experienced aircrew services team has provided over 40 continuous years of Aircrew project support at Patuxent River. As a long-term incumbent and leader in flight test, the selected applicant will work within the NAVAIR test community composed of government, military, contractor, and industry personnel while supporting flight test.
