About The Position

The primary role of the MPI Engineer Co-op is to implement and lead standardization & continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, service, quality, and cost. This position will have a focus on manufacturing process improvement. Incumbent will provide fundamental process engineering support with common interaction and support at the plants.

Requirements

Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Material Science).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, to work with manufacturing operations personnel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple ongoing projects in addition to day-to-day process problems.
Solid computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook, Share Point, and the ability to quickly learn software needed to perform job specific duties.
