MP&L Program Analyst
About The Position
As an MP&L S&OP Program Analyst, your key focus is on driving transformation through structured change management and ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies across the organization. Ideally, you will bring a solid understanding of the full supply chain, from front-end to back-end, and deep experience within the consumer industry or automotive sector. You will also leverage your comprehensive knowledge of the order-to-delivery (OTD) lifecycle to lead through change in a fast-paced, global environment. This role is ideal for a self-driven problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys breaking down complex business problems, excels at pulling together rigorous analytics and is motivated by measurable business impact. You will work closely with supply chain leadership and cross-functional partners to shape strategy, develop scalable solutions, and enable data-driven decision making that improves performance today while building the supply chain capabilities of the future.
