About The Position

The MP&L Manager is responsible for steering production optimization to meet schedules and standards, enforcing adherence to production processes, systems, technology, and equipment. This role involves planning and controlling production schedules, coordinating material requirements, and ensuring a controlled flow of approved materials. The manager will lead efforts to enhance delivery reliability by optimizing the production cost structure for improved efficiency and managing the influence on the production cost structure to ensure competitive pricing and maintain profitability. Additionally, the role includes overseeing the efficiency of lead time and value stream by monitoring the duration from procurement of individual parts to shipping.
