About The Position

Naturescape of Madison, WI is seeking to hire a Mowing, Aeration, and Fertilization Specialist to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. This role involves managing a route and transforming landscapes, working outdoors in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for precision mowing, aeration, and fertilization, acting as the face of the company in the field and serving as a consultant and problem-solver for customer inquiries. Adaptability is key, as the role includes pivoting to snow removal during winter months. This is an unlicensed specialist position, with opportunities for professional development in areas like pesticide certifications. Requirements

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Motivated with a desire to learn

• Previous experience as a general laborer, construction worker, landscaper, groundskeeper, or lawn mower.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding services for residential and commercial properties.
